The entire web is defined in relative units, and its content can be easily scaled up and down using standard web browser tools.
The presentation layout and content is created in the structured language XHTML 1.1. The visual presentation is created using Cascading Styles (CSS). The use of cascading styles can be turned off using the „Disable CSS“ link (in preparation) in the footer of the web page (they can be turned on afterwards).
